Cervicofacial Primary Cutaneous Actinomycosis

Abstract: Actinomycosis, an infectious bacterial disease caused by Actinomyces species, is very rare and is characterized by contiguous spreading, subacute to chronic granulomatous inflammation and the formation of multiple abscesses and sinus tracts that may discharge sulfur granules.
