Challenges associated with bariatric surgery - a multi-center report.

Patient compliance, preoperative clinical status, perioperative care standards and clinical bariatric experience are proven to be significant factors not only in procedure-related complication risk, but also in postoperative therapeutic efficacy and should also be considered in assessment of a specific bariatric procedure's influence on certain comorbidities [44][45][46].
