Change of Gait After Unilateral Vestibular Neuritis: A Prospective Longitudinal Observation Study

Abstract: Background: Although symptoms of unilateral vestibular neuritis (uVN) resolve spontaneously and quickly, there are uncertainties in the recovery of gait function.
