Abstract:The effect of electromagnetic irradiation with extremely high frequencies (EMI EHF) on chromatin active fraction of wheat germinating seedlings has been studied. In present work the first zone of saccharine gradient was investigated which is enriched with transcribing genes and comprises higher quantity of AT-sequences compared with other zones.
