Changes in Glycosylation of Pituitary Gonadotropins in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract: Aim: PCOS has endocrine and metabolic implications leading to a multicausal approach in pathogenesis. We assessed whether PCOS is conditioned by changes in glycosylation of pituitary gonadotropins. Methods:Nested case-control cohort study.
