Changes in the Cell Pattern in Vaginal Smears of Cattle During Pregnancy

Abstract: Summary A technique was developed by which the different stages of gestation in cows could be diagnosed. This technique depends on taking smears from the dorsal vaginal vestibule with the edge of a slide, spreading the material on another slide and staining by Wright's Leishman stain.
