Changes in the Content of Chemical Elements in the Muscle Tissue of Broilers on the Background of Plant Extract and Tetracyclines

Abstract: The article provides information on the mineral metabolism in the body of an agricultural bird. Studies have shown that when incorporating biologically active substances along with plant extracts, they help to improve the immunity of the birds. This article is devoted to the study of the effect of antibiotic and oak bark extract on mineral metabolism in the body of broiler chickens. During the study it was revealed that the pectoral muscles of the bird contain an excess of such trace elements as cobalt, silico… Show more

“…Based on the study of morphological and biochemical indicators of blood, it can be stated that the introduction of cavitationally processed sunflower sludge together with zeolite powder into the diet of birds leads to the improvement of basic blood indicators. All biochemical and morphological indicators were within the physiological norm [10].…”

“…As a result, bacterial isolates of Bacillus licheniformis NSPA5, Bacillus cereus NSPA8, and Bacillus subtilis NSPA13 showed significant levels of lead biosorption with a maximum of 87-90 % (Bacillus cereus NSPA8). Copper and chromium biosorption was relatively low compared to lead [10].…”

“…The diffusion method of agar basins combines two methods: the method of basins in the agar layer and the method of serial dilutions [10]. Salts (sulfates, nitrates, chlorides, and acetates) of zinc, copper, iron, cadmium, and lead with high levels of dissociation in water solutions were used as a source of excessive concentrations of cations of essential and xenobiotic elements.…”
