“…Intrauterine fetal death, premature delivery and intrauterine growth restriction (birthweight < 2500 g), pre‐eclampsia at the time of delivery, 13,14 breech presentation, operative delivery (cesarean section, forceps or vacuum extraction), and third stage complications (abnormally adherent or incomplete placentas necessitating manual removal or exploration) were abstracted.
