Changes of Circulating Lymphocyte Populations and Its Association with Outcome after Hypofractionated Radiation Therapy in Patients with Non-small-cell Lung Cancer
Abstract:considering RT history alone resulted in AUC of 0.63 (marginally significant), while the combination of RT history with texture features resulted in AUC of 0.86, a much stronger correlation with clinical outcome. The p-value for comparison of the two AUCs was 0.0017, indicating that the increase of AUC is statistically meaningful. Conclusion: This preliminary study suggests that texture features on pre-IT CT imaging can be associated with OS for patients with advanced NSCLC treated with Nivolumab, and that inc… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
