Changes of clotting and fibrinolytic factors levels during Danazol therapy for application of treatment of hereditary hemorrhagic disease.

Abstract: Danazol, a derivative of 17a-ethinyl testosterone which is a synthetic steroid with antigonadotropic properties has been used in the treatment of endometriosis. The efficacy of Danazol due to long-term administration resulted in a reduction of menstrual blood loss.
