Abstract:Caulerpa lentillifera is a marine macroalgae widely consumed in Asia Pacific, including Thailand. Quality and freshness are the main criteria for consumers. Chlorophyll is an important fundamental pigmentation and acts as green in C. lentillifera. It can be variable according to light and growth, and then it can indicate the quality of C. lentillifera products.
