Changing trends in anti-psychotic prescription pattern in Pakistan

Berdasarkan penelititan (Malik, 2019) tentang Pola Peresepan Psikotropika Asia Timur (Research on East Asia Psychotropic Prescription Pattern) pada tahun 2017, ditemukan adanya tren peresepan polifarmasi antipsikotik yang dikombinasikan dengan anxiolitk, antidepresan dan antiparkinson. Pada penelitian (Arozal, 2019) di Indonesia, ditemukan adanya pola pengobatan antipsikotik yang kurang baik pada pasien skizofrenia yaitu pengobatan kombinasi antipsikotik yang memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap kejadian interaksi obat yang relevan secara klinis dan lebih dari 40% pemberian antipsikotik tanpa indikasi yang sesuai serta lebih dari 50 % pasien menerima dua atau lebih antipsikotik secara bersamaan.…”
