Channel adjustments and alteration of sediment fluxes in gravel‐bed rivers of North‐Eastern Italy: potentials and limitations for channel recovery

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to explore possibilities and limitations of restoring physical processes in five gravel-bed rivers (Brenta, Piave, Cellina, Tagliamento and Torre Rivers) in north-eastern Italy.
