Channel current cheminformatics and stochastic carrier-wave signal processing

Abstract: Methods for channel current cheminformatics are reviewed, including finite state automaton based signal acquisition methods and generalized Hidden Markov model (HMM) methods for both signal feature extraction and structure identification.
