Abstract: <p class="abstrak2"><span lang="IN">Osteoporosis can be prevented by consuming calcium lactate. Calcium that is consumed is generally </span>in <span lang="IN">a micro-size. Micro-sized calcium is only absorbed by the body by about 50% which can cause deficiency.
