Characterisation of Some <em>Rhizobium</em> EPS and Their Biopreservative Potentials on Shelf Life Extension of <em>Musa</em> Species

Abstract: Exopolysaccharides-EPS are long-chain biopolymer with branched, recurring unit of sugars and non-carbohydrate constituents connected to exterior of cells. Rhizobial, a legume nodulating organism is capable of producing EPS.
