Abstract:Presently, the research on thin films is essentially useful in the world of science and technology. Therefore, this study aims to explore Barium Strontium Titanate (BST) as the basis in the making of dynamic random access memory (DRAM). This DRAM technology produces small cells that have faster operations, lower energy, longer data storage period, and are found to havemade up of Barium Strontium Titanate nanoparticles (Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3; BST). BST applications in the form of capacitors can be used as gas sensors,… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
