Characteristics of a slab RF-excited CO 2 laser using unstable-waveguide resonator

Abstract

Experimental and theoretical investigations were made of the power and beam shape by waveguide CO2 laser with slab geometry and PF excitation of the active medium with waveguide-unstable cavity. The output power in CW mode was 54 wwithout astigmatism quality beam when external correcting optics was not used.
