Abstract:The carbon nanotube cold cathode has important applications in the X-ray source, microwave tube, neutralizer, etc. In this study, the characteristics of carbon nanotube (CNT) electron gun in series with metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) were studied.
