Abstract: Background: To describe the characteristics, treatment practices, and clinical outcomes of patients with ventricular mural thrombus (VMT), with emphasis on the comparison of non-vitamin K antagonist oral anticoagulants (NOACs) and vitamin K antagonists (VKAs).
