Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) presents complex challenges in diagnosis and treatment due to its multifactorial nature. This case study focuses on a 31-year-old woman exhibiting symptoms of weight gain, irregular menstruation cycles, and hirsutism, leading to a diagnosis of PCOS.
