Abstract:Ultrafast responses caused by ultrashort pulse excitation can be applied to ultrafast optical switches with high-speed information processing. In this paper, via the impulsive interference of excitons, we achieve an ultrafast optical response suited for ultrafast switches in all-optical networks.
