“…In the study by Teng et al [25] , passion fruit was extracted with hot water, mixed with ethanol, and placed overnight to precipitate polysaccharides, which were dialyzed with molecular weight cutoff of 3500 Da and freeze-dried to obtain refined polysaccharides.
