Abstract:Abstract-A novel composite resistive grating is presented. It is formed by combining two complementary resistive patterns. The problem of plane wave scattering by a two-dimensional resistive grating is considered. The formulation involves the concept of Fourier series expansion, which is manipulated to deal with the resistive boundary condition. The advantage of the formulation comparing with method of moments is that it can solve grating having arbitrary admittance distribution without doing reformulation pro… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
