Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate tick species around Mount Fanjing and analyze bacterial communities in two species – Rhipicephalus microplus and Haemaphysalis longicornis – parasitizing cattle in Tongren, Guizhou province, Southwest China, using high-throughput sequencing methods.
