Characterization of Co-Based Metal Oxide Films on Glass

Abstract: Spray pyrolysis is a well-known technique for depositing metal oxides over large area substrates. Cobalt oxide based thin films have been deposited on glass substrates on the float glass production line by spray pyrolysis technique. The commercial products of this type of coatings are used for architectural purposes and in automotive industries.
