Abstract:PURPOSE Understanding the function of BRAF mutants is crucial for determining the best treatment strategy. This study aimed to characterize a rare BRAF variant, BRAFThr599dup, which was identified in a patient with lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) by comprehensive genomic profiling.
