Abstract:Citrus trees are affected by many plant‐pathogenic fungi. The present study aimed to characterize Colletotrichum species on citrus showing anthracnose symptoms, leaf and fruit spot and wither tip in northern Thailand using multilocus data and assay their pathogenicity.
