Characterization of microsatellites revealed by genomic sequencing ofPopulus trichocarpa

Abstract: Microsatellites or simple sequence repeats (SSRs) are highly polymorphic, codominant markers that have great value for the construction of genetic maps, comparative mapping, population genetic surveys, and paternity analyses.
