Abstract:Currently, the success of nanotechnology affects several areas of science, medicine, technology and, especially, the food industry. Silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) stand out, with their antimicrobial effect. Salmonella is a cause of foodborne diseases and there are reports of resistant serotypes.
