Characterization of the physicochemical properties of mango ( Mangifera indica L., Dragon variety) kernel fat extracted via supercritical carbon dioxide and Soxhlet techniques

Abstract: According to the Food and Agriculture Organization, mango represents 52% of global tropical fruit trade (Altendorf, 2019). Among Asian countries, India is one of the top mango producers, contributing 38% of global mango production.
