Characterization of the residue (endocarp) of Acrocomia aculeate and its biochars as potential peat substitute in tomato cultivation

Abstract: <p>The South-American palm Acrocomia aculeata has great potential as a sustainable source for vegetable oils, but its industrialization implies the production of huge amounts of organic waste.
