Abstract: Vestibular schwannoma is the most common benign neoplasm of the cerebellopontine angle. Its first symptoms include hearing loss, tinnitus, and vestibular symptoms, followed by cerebellar and brainstem symptoms, along with palsy of the adjacent cranial nerves.
