Abstract:This study was conducted on beef burger, luncheon and sausage (35 of each) collected from different supermarkets at Menoufia Governorates for Detection of virulence genes in isolated E. coli and S. aureus using Multiplex PCR of E. coli and S. aureus. The data obtained from this study showed that the incidence of serologically identified E. coli was O1, O26, O125 and O142.
