Abstract:Charcot–Marie–Tooth disease (CMT) rarely presents with painful symptoms, which mainly occur in association with myelin protein zero (MPZ) gene mutations. We aimed to further characterize the features of painful neuropathic phenotypes in MPZ-related CMT.
