Charging Characteristics of an Insulating Hollow Cylinder in Vacuum

Abstract: This paper deals with charging characteristics of the inner surface of an insulating hollow cylinder in vacuum. We conducted measurements of electric field strength near the triple points on cathode by using an electrostatic probe.
