Modern business standards contain difficult problems in interacting with customers, which require easy and fast solutions for these complex issues. This can be addressed by leveraging knowledge of quantum networks and methodologies. Bot assistants are emerging rapidly and are being used by many organizations. The main goal of this chapter is to discuss a bot that helps customers in various ways, keeps track of information, and provides organizations with valuable insights, thereby increasing their business growth through the integration of artificial intelligence with quantum technology. The bot in the project made to fit right into company websites, making it easy for people to use. It can talk with developers, ask questions to them for info, and save the data in AIML dataset, and give code to make everything run smoothly. The bot learns from this data, so next time a customer asks a similar question, the bot can answer without needing customer service. Customers are asked for feedback to assess the effectiveness of the bot and customer service with customers.
