Chemical Characterization and Antiplatelet Potential of Bioactive Extract from Tomato Pomace (Byproduct of Tomato Paste)

Abstract: We examined the ability of tomato pomace extract (by-product) to affect platelet aggregation in healthy humans (clinical pilot study).
