Chemical Composition, Antifungal and Antibacterial Activities of Essential Oil from Lallemantia Royleana (Benth. in Wall.) Benth

Abstract: In this study, the volatile constituents from the aerial parts of Lallemantia royleana Benth. have been measured by gas chromatography and gas chromatographymass spectrometry. The antimicrobial activity was determined by both the disk diffusion method and the microbroth dilution method. Thirty-seven compounds were identified and the main constituents were trans-pinocarvyl acetate (26.0%), pinocarvone (20.
