Abstract: Essential oils (EOs) from the seed of Michelia tonkinensis were extracted in four ways hydrodistillation (HD), microwave‐assisted hydrodistillation (MHD), ultrasound‐assisted hydrodistillation (UHD) and enzyme‐assisted hydrodistillation (EHD).
