Total synthesis of six natural phenylethanoid glycosides (PhEGs) has been accomplished. Key steps in the divergent synthesis strategy involved glycosylation based on trichloroacetimidate donors, and one‐pot removal of benzyl and 4,6‐O‐benzylidene acetal groups by hydrogenation over Pd/C. Among them, four natural PhEGs, scroside D (2), rebouoside B (3), ginkgoside C (4), and ginkgoside D (5) were synthesized for the first time. In the subsequent antioxidant and tyrosinase inhibitory activities evaluation, all compounds showed strong DPPH radical scavenging activities, and compounds 1–2, 5–6 exhibited obvious inhibitory activities against mushroom tyrosinase.

Abstract. Acanthus ilicifolius L is a kind of pantropical mangrove plant. It is cold-natured and bland. The whole plant is officinal. According to recent studies, Acanthus ilicifolius L has a variety of pharmaceutical function, such as hepatoprotective effect, antioxidant, anti-tumor effect and insecticidal effect. To study the active ingredients of plant fungi of Acanthus ilicifolius L, we focus on the study of anti-tumor active ingredients. We studied the fermentation of hyphostroma of fungal strain LSJ120 in this laboratory which was isolated from the roots of Acanthus ilicifolius L. The ethanol extract, the extratable petroleum ether, the chloroform extract, the ethyl acetate extract, the n-butanol extract, the aqueous extract and 8 hyphostroma fermentation active constituents which was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract can be obtained by silica gel column chromatography. In Y1-Y8 component, 10 compounds were obtained from the separation and purification; Using MTT method, respectively, we do anti-tumor experiment for the extracts and compounds of each group. From the results, The inhibitive rate of the cells was the highest in the ethyl acetate extract. The highest value reached 80.73%; from 8 kinds of components which were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract, the inhibition ratio of the Y6, Y7 components is significantly higher than the other groups; In addition, the compounds purified from the 8 kinds of isolates are also obtained correspondingly. The antineoplastic activity of compound extracted from Y6, Y7 components was stronger. Among them, the inhibition ratio of compound 6, compound 9 was significantly higher than other compounds, which is the main antineoplastic constituents of this fungi. By structure identification, the compound 6 was a cyclopentanone material, and the compound 9 is a cyclic dipeptide derivatives. The finding provides the scientific basis for the development and utilization of the medicinal value of Acanthus ilicifolius L. Analysis of the diversity and evenness of mangrove ecosystems in the Pacitan Coast, East Java, Indonesia. Intl J Bonorowo Wetlands 11: 84-94. Indonesia has a high mangrove diversity with 43 species of true mangrove plants. Mangrove grows along the coastline of Indonesia’s islands, one of which is situated on the southern coast of Java. Pacitan, which belongs to the south coast of East Java and has 70,709 km of coastline, is an area with the potential to have a diverse of mangrove vegetation. The existence of mangroves plays a role in carbon sequestration and the stability of coastal ecosystems. The aim of this study was to determine the mangrove diversity and evenness index in the southern coast of Pacitan. This research was conducted on November 2021 in three locations, namely the Teleng Ria, Grindulu Estuary, and Siwil Beach. Data was collected using a plot of 10 x 10 m2 for trees, 5 x 5 m2 for saplings, and 2 x 2 m2 for seedlings. The data obtained were analyzed using the Shannon Wiener and Evenness index to calculate the mangrove diversity and evenness value. There are 8 species of mangroves (7 species of major and 1 species of minor mangrove), and 2 species of associated mangroves, with the domination of Rhizophora stylosa. The Shannon Weiner diversity index shows that the mangrove diversity index in the research areas ranges from low to moderate. The Evenness Index presents that Teleng Ria Estuary possesses a high evenness value, indicating its stable mangrove condition.
