“…We found that albumin can drastically enhance the solubility of the lipophilic AM5206 in an aqueous environment. We were also able to measure the exchange rates of AM5206 among these binding sites on albumin using two dimensional (2D) 19 F-NMR exchange spectroscopy (EXSY) experiments [32].
