Abstract

An Unusual 3,4-Dihydroisoquinoline Ring Enlargement with the Annulation of Pyrazole.-Reaction of isoquinolyl-1-oximinoacetates (I) with hydrazine hydrate results in the unexpected formation of pyrazolobenzazepines (II).
