ChemInform Abstract: ANALOGS OF NUCLEOSIDES. X. 2′,3′‐O‐CARBONYL DERIVATIVES OF URIDINE AND 6‐AZAURIDINE. SYNTHESIS OF 2′‐DEOXYURIDINE, 2′‐DEOXY‐6‐AZAURIDINE AND 2′‐DEOXY‐6‐AZACYTIDINE

Abstract: Das Azauridin (Ia) und ebenso das Uridin (Ib) lassen sich mit 1,l′‐Carbonyl‐diimidazol (aus Phosgen und Imidazol) unter milden Bedingungen in die Nucleosidcarbonate (IIa) bzw. (IIb) überführen, die über die Anhydro‐Derivate (III), die Hydrochloride (IV) und die Chlorderivate (V) zu den Desoxyribosiden (VI) reduziert werden.
