ChemInform Abstract: Dielectric Properties of Ceramics in Ba(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3‐Ba(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 Solid Solutions

Abstract: 018ChemInform Abstract have been investigated at microwave frequencies. The title ceramics have a complex perovskite-type structure and they are found to have a high dielectric constant, a low dielectric loss, and a low temp. coefficient of the resonant frequency which can be varied by changing the composition. The Q value of the ceramics can be increased by annealing in N2. The ceramics can be used for resonant elements and stabilized oscillators.
