Abstract:Highly Effective and Enantioselective Michael Addition of 4-Hydroxycoumarin to α,β-Unsaturated Ketones Promoted by Simple Chiral Primary Amine Thiourea Bifunctional Catalysts. -Among various thioureas tested, ATC is found to be the most efficient one.
