The ABTS + radical was produced by incubating an aqueous stock solution of ABTS (7 m m ) and potassium persulfate (2.45 m m ) in the dark for 12 – 16 h. Immediately before use, the ABTS + radical solution was diluted with water until absorbance of 0.7 ± 0.4 was attained at 735 nm.…”
