ChemInform Abstract: ISOMERIZATION OF 5‐VINYL‐2‐NORBORNENE INTO 5‐ETHYLIDENE‐2‐NORBORNENE IN THE PRESENCE OF IRON CARBONYLS

Abstract: Die Flüssigphasen‐Isomerisierung eines Gemisches der Vinylnorbornene (I) und (II) in Gegenwart von 0.075 Mol/l Fe3(CO)12 liefert mit einer Selektivität von 95‐100% [(I + II)‐Konversion 95‐98%] ein Gemisch der Ethylidennorbomene (III) und (IV).
