Abstract

Lithiation and Electrophilic Substitution of Dimethyl Triazones. -Lithiation of dimethyl triazones and subsequent reaction with electrophiles provides various derivatives. The stannylated triazinone (VIa) is shown be an efficient source of lithiated triazone, which can be converted to product (IIIc).
