ChemInform Abstract: N‐Heterocyclic Carbene‐Catalyzed Benzoin Strategy for Divergent Synthesis of Cyclitol Derivatives from Alditols.

Abstract

The synthesis of cyclitol derivatives from C 2-symmetrical dialdoses is reported.
